Summer Solution to Friendly Fire Between Club and Country

October 29, 2010
By

Calling for an end to international friendlies is like campaigning for a clean-shaven Santa Claus. Why bother? It will not happen any time soon and for pretty much the same reasons as Father Christmas is not about to undergo a makeover – it would upset the children, or at least the childish, and leave the commercial department heartbroken.

Leaving aside the miserable exception of the Scottish Football Association struggling to break even on last night’s friendly against Diego Maradona’s Argentina (quite an achievement in the circumstances), these events are traditionally lucrative affairs for national associations, not least because they fulfill contractual obligations to corporate sponsors and luxury box-holders who have paid ludicrous sums on the promise of attending a set number of international fixtures.

There is also a political dimension, in which the power brokers of international football get to boss around the upstarts who run club football for a few days – a bizarre inversion of the modern game’s true power structure, one the leading clubs continue to tolerate for reasons that are best known to their team psychologists.

This uncharacteristic selflessness on the part of the Champions League elite has a certain novelty value but it does beg the question – for how much longer? On the evidence of a week in which many of England’s senior players apparently fell victim to what might delicately be described as a treatment-room version of the McClintock effect, with all their hamstring strains and achilles problems mysteriously synchronized, the answer seems to be “not much longer”.

Fabio Capello did not help the cause (his own or that of international football) with his insistence that Steven Gerrard be assessed by England’s doctors after being declared unfit by Liverpool – a gesture that proved even the most serious individuals can fall victim to childish impulses during international friendly week.

Yet if Capello fell short of his own high standards of maturity, he was a veritable Thales when measured against Terry Butcher, who used the platform afforded by his status as Scotland’s assistant manager to dredge up some ancient history involving Maradona and England. Apparently the Argentinian infringed the rules by punching the ball into the net during a quarter-final match at the 1986 World Cup in Mexico. Precisely what any of this had to do with last night’s contest at Hampden Park remains a mystery, although its airing did solidify the view of those who believe that Butcher, though a decent player in his day, is cut from the same managerial cloth as Mr Magoo and is about as deserving of a spot in any international dug-out.

In response Maradona could have said any number of things but chose to say the most provocative thing of all, pointing out that England’s third goal during the 1966 World Cup final should never have been allowed. So began the biggest row in football since, well, the previous day, when Capello allegedly fell out with Rafa Benítez over his insistence on dragging Gerrard down to Hertfordshire for a medical.

All of this would be funny were it not so juvenile and, for the future of international football at least, dangerous. All publicity is good publicity, allegedly, but there is a point where publicity serves not to promote a sporting event but to accentuate its lack of credibility. This has never been more apparent than over the past few days, when the meaninglessness of last night’s matches, apparent to all, left a vacuum that was filled by the childish ranting of Butcher and Maradona and the posturing of Capello.

The names are different but the story is familiar; another dreary friendly international week, another episode in the downward spiral that can have only one destination. Clearly drastic action is required. Most drastic of all would be to stop international friendlies altogether. As said, that will not happen in the near future and it must be hoped it never will. But it is time to accept these games have a vastly diminished status in football and to place them accordingly in the calendar – during a designated period before the season starts.

This would allow the players to get fit for the season ahead; it would give the managers more than enough time to assess the talent at their disposal; it would allow the fans the opportunity to support their team in relaxed circumstances; and it would generate more than enough money to keep the commercial department happy. In baseball they call it spring training. In football they could call it an innovative solution to a tiresome problem.

Kings of the ring should cry quits and mean it

As the depressing talk of Lennox Lewis making a return to the ring persists and Evander Holyfield adds his name to the list of beaten-up and broke former champions intent on seriously damaging themselves by pursuing an impossible dream, the thought occurs that boxing has never been at a lower ebb. This is hardly an original thought, of course, but really, how much worse can it get? Alas, the answer came in a conversation with Freddie Roach, the Los Angeles-based trainer who is tasked with rebuilding the career of Amir Khan. “Any gossip, Freddie?” I asked him the other day. “You’ll never guess who called me yesterday,” he replied. “Prince Naseem. He wants to talk.”

Finchem’s trouble in feeling the pinch

If there is a less self-aware figure in sport than Tim Finchem, the commissioner of the PGA Tour in America, he has yet to reveal himself.

“I am delighted to say the demise of the PGA Tour has been overstated considerably,” said Finchem recently as he unveiled the tour’s 2009 schedule, which included an overall increase in prize money, from $214m (£141.2m) to $222m (£146.5m). Such cockiness was unbecoming in the current economic circumstances, especially from an organization that relies so heavily on sponsorship from the American financial industry, which in case Finchem had not noticed is laying off people more ruthlessly than Tiger Woods beats the opposition.

Such cockiness also ran the risk of a karmic response and so it has proved when Buick – part of the near-bankrupt General Motors group – announced it would no longer be able to fulfil its obligations as the “official car of the PGA tour” and would not be providing courtesy cars at several events. This raises the prospect of players and officials having to rent cars at the airport, just like ordinary folks. Tim Finchem behind the wheel of a Hertz compact? The mere thought is enough to raise a smile in these straitened times.

Gerard piqued over his fat chance of a game

So many emotions are stirred by Gerard Piqué’s revelations about the alleged failings he uncovered during his brief spell at Old Trafford before being shipped out to Barcelona: pity – that he felt it necessary to trash his former team-mates and their dietary habits; contempt – that he waited until he was long gone before speaking up; concern – that to his ears Sir Alex Ferguson’s perfectly clear English sounded like Chinese; bemusement – that with all those fat, unfit bastards around he could not get a game in the first team.

Insuring against summer sporting disasters

October 25, 2010
By

Sporting fever has beset the country. With the dates of the World Cup, Wimbledon, the Formula One Grand Prix season, and the Cricket Open coinciding, it seems that this summer has become a boom time for sports fans.

The mass of high profile sporting events occurring all at the same time has meant that this summer more Brits appear to be taking to the streets and gardens to try out their skills. It is estimated that this year there will be £4.65 billion spent by Brits this year on sports and fitness. According to figures from Barclays Insurance, the average person is liable to spend about £206 this year.

While this is good news for gyms and sporting good suppliers, insurance companies are warning that many may end up suffering from unwanted repercussions, with record numbers of sporting injuries and broken windows expected.

Vicky Emmott of Halifax Home Insurance said, “It’s great that young and old alike are inspired by their sporting heroes but it might be safer to take ball games to the local park. Homeowners should definitely make sure they are covered for such events.”

Mark Till, Marketing Director for Barclays Insurance (http://www.barclays.co.uk/insurance ), warns, “Many of us spend most of our sporting life sat on the couch watching sport on the TV, but at this time of the year we dip in our pockets to buy new equipment, join clubs and then expect to see a brilliant return for our investment. However, broken equipment and pulled muscles are more often the outcome.”

It has long been recognized that sports participation traditionally surges every year during the summer months as sporting participants are inspired by the major televised sports events. There are however also unfortunate corresponding increases in the number of injuries which occur as a result of sporting activities. While most life or health insurance policies will payout as a result of a sports injury, and household insurance policies usually provide some level of cover for theft or accidental damage to sports equipment, it is worthwhile checking to ensure such activities are included, as frequently, potentially hazardous sports are excluded, and even seemingly safe pastimes like golf can often be excluded from many travel insurance packages.

Whether existing insurance policy holders are looking to take part in sports this summer, or simply watch others on television, it could still be worthwhile checking to see if there is now a better policy out there. With many changes being made within the insurance industry in recent years, as some of the major players started competing on price which has lead to premiums reductions in many insurance products, and with the growth of life insurance comparison services like Moneynet (http://www.moneynet.co.uk/insurance/index.shtml ), it has never been it easier for consumers to quickly check the entire market and find these cheaper deals.

Mark Till said, “It might not stop a tennis racket getting broken in a McEnroe moment or a Rooneyesque broken metatarsal, but it will cover you for the outcome.”

Vicky Emmott stated that Halifax expected, “World Cup fever combined with die-hard Wimbledon and cricket fans could lead to our highest level of claims ever for the summer months.”

How to Find Locations to Wear Bikini When Summer Time is Over

October 25, 2010
By

As the holidays approach, the weather in some places may start to take on a chill that makes you want to eat bean soup and pull out your thermal underwear. However, that doesn’t mean the bikini party is over. You can still flaunt your body without a care in the world and we’re here to tell you how. It’s all about location. You’re not the only one who likes wearing practically nothing all year round. Many people want and need to be able to show off the hard work they’ve accomplished on their bodies every day of the year, and there are plenty of places that provide those accommodations.

One of the most natural locations to sport sexy swimwear is around your own home. You can adjust the temperature yourself to whatever is comfortable when you and your friends lounge around wearing sexy beachwear. Who says you have to necessarily be in water to walk around in swimwear engaging in great conversations and light foreplay? Plus, what better way to keep the romance alive in your relationship than treating your mate to a private showing of you wearing a hot bikini. It’s private and there’s no telling the kinds of creative activities you can dream up when romping around on the sofa or bed for that matter.

When it’s time for others to be jealous and adore you in your sexy bikini, there are plenty of spots to hit when the weather turns cool and crisp. If you want to remain local, check out an indoor spa. Indoor spas are a dime a dozen in any small or large town. They’re clean, safe and filled with plenty of people who love being in warm climate all year round. Just like you, they want to display their latest swimwear fashion along with their slim bodies. You can make new friends who have much in common with you plus feel secure knowing you’re not the only one who enjoys being on cloud nine twelve months out of the year. The best thing about indoor spas is that you can be in the North Pole and walk around in them like you’re in Mexico.

If you’re looking for out of the way locations during these cooling months, consider a cruise. Most of the ports they depart from are tropical all year round so you can enjoy time on the boat and the island sights. This time of the year, they’re practically giving tickets away so you don’t need to plan to far ahead. A spontaneous trip is always an extravagant self treat. The cruise lines pride themselves on having the most upstanding indoor spas and swimming facilities. You can lay around all day long in your alluring and tempting bikini not even knowing or caring what the real temperature outside is.

Even better is since most ports are warm weathered, taking a walk out on deck in your skimpy swimwear isn’t a problem either. More importantly, since cruises are about a week long, you’ll need to have at least a new bikini to wear for every day to show off your fantastic work of art. For more adventure, of course, you can always book a flight to Hawaii or any town in South America where it’s mostly hot all year round. But the moral of the story is no matter what the weather is outdoors, you can still achieve grandiose status wearing a tiny bikini basically anywhere and anytime you want.

October 23, 2010
By

What do people need? They need something they can do two things at once. They want something where they can save time. They want something like women’s Fit Flops that exercises the legs while they walk. It was difficult to find anyone who could make the idea into a reality. After a lot of searching, they found LSBU and the center for human performance. With there passion and intellect, they devised a way to train the bottom of the foot to do all the work that it would do if you were walking barefoot.

The main premise of the Fit Flops are to induce a bit of instability so when you are walking, you hit the ground as normally as possible. It then moves you so you progress through this phase quite quickly and then you move into a softer area and as you move over this softer area, Fit Flops produce instability so it activates your muscles to hold your posture so as you take more and more steps, the body is being stimulated more and more and working more. And then when it comes off this soft area, it tapers up back again to a firm area. So that you can then progress. So you feel like it’s a reward. It’s done its soft work, you’ve done your hard work. Now you’ve hit a nice area you can push off and move to your next step.

The Fit Flops are a very appealing product to many for the fact that is very appealing good looking and stylish. You can wear them with jeans, shorts, a skirt, sports cloths, making them much more appealing to look at versus other fitness sandals in the market. There’s lots of sandals out there that are high-tech that promise to do a lot from a bio-mechanical standpoint. But a lot of them are out of the budget of your average person. But the Fit Flop sandals are priced at a point that makes them very accessible to a wide audience.

Creating longer, leaner more toned legs one step at a time. The Fit Flops will take your everyday walk to a whole new level. Know more about Women’s Fit Flops.

Protecting Your Canine’s Health During the Summer Months

October 13, 2010
By

When the weather turns hot, your dog’s health is at greater risk. Not only does the heat itself pose a problem (we’ll explain why in a moment), but the summer months bring pool parties, barbecues, and hot asphalt. Below, you’ll understand why these and other factors can harm your pet during the hot weather.

Provide Plenty Of Hydration And Shade

Regardless of the weather, your canine becomes dehydrated more quickly than you. This is because he doesn’t sweat as effectively as people, so his body lacks an internal A/C. He has no way to cool down effectively. When you take him for a brisk walk, especially in hot weather, he’ll tire quickly.

Make sure he has plenty of water to drink. At home, keep his bowl filled (make sure it doesn’t flip over). On walks, take a water bottle and cup, and give him water at regular intervals. Also, bring your canine indoors whenever you’re at home during the summer, and provide a doghouse to which he can retreat while you’re gone. He’ll need shade to prevent overheating.

Make An Appointment With The Veterinarian

A quick trip to your pet’s veterinarian is valuable before the hot weather arrives. This gives the vet a chance to examine him, and look for signs that suggest your canine is especially vulnerable to the heat. This is also a good time to have him tested for heartworms. They are often transmitted by mosquitoes, and can lead to severe health issues.

Don’t Leave Your Dog In A Parked Car

When you need to run into a store, and intend to be back at your car within minutes, it’s tempting to leave your dog inside. Don’t do it. During the summer, the temperature in your vehicle will rise quickly, even with the windows slightly open. Many canines suffer heat stroke when their owners leave them cooped up inside their vehicles.

Provide Protection Near Water

Despite what many people think, some dogs swim poorly. Unfortunately, canines know the water will provide welcome relief from the heat, so they often jump in. If you own a pool, and it is unsupervised, make sure it is kept off-limits to your pet. When you or your family are using the pool, keep your eye on your dog to ensure he doesn’t jump in untended.

Protect His Paws

Asphalt heats quickly in the summer. Moreover, the heat remains baked inside throughout the day. This poses two problems for your canine. First, because he is low to the ground, and heat rises, walking on hot asphalt will cause his body temperature to rise. Second, during hot weather, the extreme heat of the asphalt can harm his paws. They are sensitive, and will blister after prolonged exposure to the asphalt.

When taking your dog for walks, do so in the morning before the temperature has risen, or in the evening after the heat has dissipated. If possible, visit parks where he can walk on grass.

Confine Him During Parties

When you host summer parties in your home, you may be tempted to let your canine mingle with your friends. This can pose a problem if you’re serving food and alcohol, or your guests bring their own. Your dog’s body is ill-equipped to digest certain types of foods. Some items, such as grapes and chocolate, can be poisonous to him, and cause serious health issues.

If your guests are indoors, leave your canine outside. If everyone is outside, place him in his crate (check on him periodically). He may not enjoy being kept away from the party, but you’ll be better able to protect him if you don’t need to worry about the foods he’ll eat.

Your dog’s health is always at risk, but this is especially the case during the summer months. Keep the above suggestions in mind when the temperature outside begins to rise.

Summer 10

The five of them went to the fruit shake shop. They met Daniel, Rico and Matt in there and joined them. The five of them dragged chairs and sat at the front of the boys. The waiter arrived and took their orders.

Daniel couldn’t take his eyes off of Emma while Vanessa can’t believe what Christine had said and she can’t take her eyes off of Rico who was not noticing Vanessa. They got their orders then suddenly Vanessa walked out, ran towards outside with her shake. Emma excused herself, took her shake and followed her. Daniel followed her by the eyes while Rico was wondering what had happened.

“What happened to those two? Do they have a fight”, Rico asked Daniel.

“I don’t know”, Daniel said before sipping at his own shake.

As Emma followed Vanessa, Vanessa stopped.

“What’s happening to you”, Emma asked her. Vanessa faced her.

“I think I should stop fancying Rico”, Vanessa said as they continue to walk at the shore passing the other cabins.

“Why? Is something bothering you”, Emma asked.

“No, nothing. Well, you heard what Christine had said. Her boyfriend is Rico and I don’t want to start a fight”, Vanessa said sadly.

“Yeah I heard it. I told you to look for another guy who is more worthy than him”, Emma said.

“Guess your right”, Vanessa said while trying to smile even she feels sad. Emma noticed her smile that was too dull.

“There’re so many boys in this beach. Maybe you’ll find one”, Emma said as she moved her hand from left to right.

The two burst out laughing then Emma asked that broke the noise.

“Do you want to go back?”

“Okay”, Vanessa said. They went back to the table the six of them were still laughing but stopped when the two came.

“What happen to you two”, Rico asked Vanessa. Vanessa avoided his eyes; sat on her chair and didn’t answer. Emma answered for her.

“Uh, no. Vanessa just told me something, right Vanessa?”

She looked at Vanessa and Vanessa nodded.

“Okay”, Rico said disappointedly.

Vanessa was still quiet. When it comes to like this, Vanessa always make the girls laugh by saying something funny about them but now she was silent and didn’t even move. Rico was the only boy who noticed Vanessa’s silence. He tried to start some joke but still it didn’t worked. Vanessa was stopping herself to laugh in front of him so she was pinching herself in the leg and try to sip a mouthful of shake.

After a long time of talking and laughing of each other’s joke, they saw Sabrina heading towards them.

“Hey! You two left me alone in the room and met them. I find it hard to find you because I don’t know this place so much”, Sabrina said when she arrived.

“Well Sabrina, I actually invited them to go with us to a snack”, Nicole said.

“Oh. I thought that they left on purpose”, Sabrina said and noticed Daniel sipping his own shake.

“Hi Daniel!”

She dragged a chair beside Daniel while Daniel moved away from her. Emma was irritated of Sabrina so she excused herself.

“Guys, maybe I’d go ‘cause I don’t want the air around here”, Emma said.

“Wait, Emma. I’ll go with you”, Vanessa said as Emma started walking.

“Are you coming with us Nicole”, Vanessa turned to Nicole.

“Yes and I’d rather die than stay here today”, Nicole said and went with Emma and Vanessa. Christine and Hadey followed the three girls that leave Matt, Rico, Daniel and Sabrina in the table. The four of them kept silent for a few seconds.

“Would you like to go with the girls Rico”, Matt asked. Matt blinked.

“Sure! Why wouldn’t I”, Rico said.

“Dan, would you mind if we leave you here”, Rico asked Daniel. Daniel opened his mouth to answer but Matt and Rico were running away. Sabrina was ordering a shake.

“Sabrina, I need to go with my best friends. I hope you understand”, Daniel said and walked away while Sabrina opened her mouth to answer like what Daniel did when Rico and Matt left him.

Daniel followed Emma who was alone at the back of them all, Vanessa who was still silent, Nicole who was talking with the boys, Christine and Hadey.

Daniel walked beside Emma.

“How did you get away from Sabrina”, Emma asked while smiling.

“Told her that I need to be with my best friends and walked away without letting her say something”, Daniel said. The two of them laughed.

“I think there are two who were having fun”, Nicole said stopping to look at Emma and Daniel who was stopping too.

“At least we got away from Sabrina”, Hadey said. All of them laughed and headed back to the house to prepare lunch.

They arrived at the house and went upstairs. The boy’s bedroom door is in front of Emma, Vanessa and Nicole’s bedroom door. Daniel and Rico went inside their bedroom while Matt remained with the girls gathered around in a small table.

“Dan, what do you think happened to Vanessa? She seems silent”, Rico asked as he took his cell phone out of his pocket while lying in his bed.

“I dunno”, Daniel said. He saw the worried face of Rico and understood.

“Concern? Well, I think you like her”, Daniel said teasingly.

Rico didn’t answer. He opened the gallery of his cell phone, clicked a photo of their group, zoom it in the face of Vanessa and stared at it.

“I think I like her”, Rico murmured after a long time of thinking.

“Ha-ha! I was right”, Daniel laughed.

“But I don’t think she likes me”, Rico said then the door opened and Matt was telling them that they have to go down to eat lunch.

The two of them went down and headed to the same circle dining table. They saw (left to right) Mr. Jacobe, Mrs. Jacobe, Nicole, Christine, Sabrina, Hadey, Matt, Vanessa and Emma sitting around the table ready to eat lunch. Daniel sat beside Emma and Rico sat beside him watching Vanessa. Vanessa avoided his eyes.

He missed his chair and fell right through the floor. He stood up and sat at his chair embarrassingly as everyone laughed at him except Vanessa.

“There’s no water, don’t dive”, Daniel teased whispering so nobody could hear and will not let Rico be embarrassed in front of Mr. and Mrs. Jacobe.

“Shut up”, Rico said rudely and became red. The laugh faded and they started to eat their lunch. Emma and Daniel kept silent while Sabrina was watching them.

Adhd At Summer Camp, Stopping The Medication

September 21, 2010
By

During the summer parents sometimes make changes to their child’s ADHD medication regime by reducing or removing it from the child’s diet. Why do they feel the need to do this? Most parents wouldn’t do that with other childhood disorders or diseases, so why ADHD? Is there a concern about the safety of ADHD medication that parents feel they need to have their child take a break from it? Or is it because the schools are forcing parents to put their child on these medications to allow them to stay in school. At summer camp there are no such restrictions or demands. Unfortunately, the summer camp counsellors now have to deal with an ADHD child free of all inhibitions brought on by use of the medication. The child’s ADHD symptoms while at summer camp can actually become worse. Those emotions and hyperactivity has been suppressed by the medication all year long.

Parents should be concerned with everything that goes into their child’s body. From the water we drink to the huge amount of salty foods and snacks with all sorts of ingredients mixed together effects our bodies and in turn, how our body reacts. So genuinely they are concerned and want their child’s bodies to “normalize” to their previous natural but disordered state while they are out of school. The child’s normal state is when there is no ADHD medication present in their body.

This may not be a big deal to the parents but the counselors at these summer camps are having trouble. They now have to deal with these out of control kids who need their ADHD medication. These children are being put into situations, at summer camps and day care, that the medication was prescribed for. Throughout each of these days children are learning, interacting with others, following directions and doing many school like activities. Their ADHD medication helps them to function in those situations so they need their medication, especially at summer camp, where the counsellors only just met the campers.

That is where the root problem of ADHD medication comes in and that parents feel they need to let their children “take a break” from it. Everyone wants the good effects of the medication to last with none of the bad. At a certain point, the medication is working at it’s optimal level for the child. The time where it hits the right chemical balance with the body so that the child can function at their very best. They can easily do things like concentrating or sitting still. Before and after that time there is an imbalance in the system which has some negative side effects. Parents know the child definitely doesn’t like that time and will often try to avoid having to take the medication. During the summer parents often give in. Little do they know or understand the pain and suffering they are inflicting on others. Sending children with ADHD to Summer Camp with their prescribed medication may become mandatory and parents could face child endangerment allegations.

Parents who want to stop giving ADHD medication to their children must turn to an alternative medical treatment for their child’s ADHD. Medication is not the best long term solution for their child. There are many options from sound therapy and biofeedback to nutritional diets and mineral supplements. The effects and success of these other treatments have been scorned by many in the pharmaceutical industry.

New Trendy Swimsuit for the Summer 2009

September 10, 2010
By

The summer has come, the weather is hot and the only thoughts now are holiday and the beach. The swimsuits are fundamental clothing and the summer 2009 propose really a lot of news and possibilities. There is the very chic bandeau bikini top, the American one with central gem, but also the super fashion trikini appears, but the swimsuit that continues to resist in all the collections and that, for what we can see so far is the one preferred by women, is the triangle, that remains in pole position among all women preferences.

In fact, the bikini is without doubt the more comfortable swimsuit, it is ideal for those not much big-breasted and therefore have no problem getting around with ease with a two-piece quite reduced. Moreover, it is certainly the most popular for all the fashion houses, which create a lot of them, of any color and pattern.

The bikini then is available in two versions, the traditional one and the one with the big triangle laced up behind the neck, that can be wore also by those with a bigger breast. Also of this type there are all kind of models of all colors, such as the ones with the band under the breast, very trendy this summer.

The novelty of this year in the beachwear department seems to be the trikini, which is a mix between the bikini and the one-piece, joined by a piece of cloth in the front.
In France this model has already drawn the crowds, on the beaches they have been sold like hot cakes and surely also in Italy will see a lot of them. After many years of shy appearances on beaches and on the catwalks, but in the end always overshadowed by the most popular bikini, this should be the year of the turning point and mark the arrival en masse of the trikini on beaches. But the trikini is suggested just for who really has a perfect body or almost, for who has the flat belly, or who has narrow shoulder and wide hips, which are thus minimized.

Also with regard to the slip, there are infinite variations from the traditional one to the tanga, passing by the loincloth, culottes and slip with side ties. Depending on how you choose the piece below, you can get a different result on your body. In the culottes is advised to who has a very thin body, because it shortens the length of the leg and makes seem wider, side laces, instead, seize and make the figure look more lean and higher.

As for colors and patterns, the choice is obviously very broad. An always fashionable color is white, a very glam and sophisticated color, but only as long as you are well tanned.

Now let’s talk about strong colors, like orange, in line with actual trend turned to shocking colors and aquamarine tones, from emerald green to blue, inspired by the depths of the sea, which are beautiful both plain and with imaginative textures.
How to forget in the end the purple, absolutely fabulous, both on blonde and on brown hair.
