Knight Sticks Cigarettes – Ecigs Free Trial

The introduction of E-cigarettes is like a light of hope for smokers who are in the dark. It is a product of many years of research and is a very effective way to help smokers quit cigarettes.

Knight Sticks is the leading E-cigarette in the market. It is a very realistic simulation of actual cigarettes that thousands of smokers swear by it. Knight Sticks has helped a lot of smokers stop the habit. It provides you with the nicotine fix that you get from cigarettes without the harmful effects, and unlike a nicotine patch, it also gives you the pleasure of holding a cigarette in your hands and puffing a cloud. It satisfies both the physical and psychological needs of a smoker making it easy to quit.

Knight Sticks is battery operated and does not emit harmful fumes. This means that you can smoke even when indoors. Although the stick allows you to blow a smoke as you exhale, this smoke is not harmful at all and will just disappear in the air. It is made of simple vapor and has no effects on the environment. It is economical because you can reuse it by replacing the cartridge.

One thing that is bothersome about smoking is the second-hand smoke. Passive smokers who are constantly exposed to second-hand smoke have a 24% increased risk of developing lung cancer compared to those who are not. This is a clearly a concern if you live with someone who is a smoker. With Knight Sticks, however, there is no need to be concerned. The smoke that comes out from the stick has the same chemistry as the air that we breathe. Not only that, Knight Sticks does not cause any mouth odors, it does not leave any cigarette-smell on your clothes, teeth discoloration and has no bad effects on your health.

We understand that for smokers, living with no cigarettes is very hard but it gets easier with Knight Sticks. It is a great stepping stone for you to stop the habit of smoking altogether. You get all the satisfaction you need from a cigarette without the bad stuff.

Why celebrities smoke cigarettes?

June 10, 2010
By

Is it true that celebrities really desist from endorsing cigarettes of all hues? Is it because they are conscious of their social responsibilities? Pictures of celebrities smoking appear glamorous and civilized, regardless of the context of the scene in a movie and thus it strikes a cord with teens. They are shown at parties with a cigarette which pushes young people to emulate them. The brands they smoke, Marlboro cigarettes , Camel, Winston, Virginia Slims, Salem etc, become a point of campus discussion.

Could it be that the stars themselves have been influenced by the glamour that was once associated with cigarettes. Perhaps if you spend long enough in the fantasy world of film you start to believe in the celluloid image. Just like Gloria Swanson in ‘Sunset Boulevard’ you lose touch with reality.

After all, it’s not so long ago that everybody who was somebody in Hollywood smoked and was proud of it. cigarettes smoking was glamorous and sophisticated. Just think of the iconic image of Audrey Hepburn in ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ as Holly Golightly posing elegantly with her long cigarette holder, upswept chignon and little black dress.

What’s not so elegant of course is the way Audrey Hepburn succumbed to the smoking habit herself. Ignoring her mother’s ‘beauty tip’ to: “keep to six cigarettes a day only”, Hepburn managed two or three packs at her worst times – even smoking in her nun’s habit on the set of ‘The Nun’s Story’ and chain smoking her way through ‘My Fair Lady’. Unsurprisingly, she suffered from asthma for most of her life and died of cancer at only 63 – looking frail and old for her years. Not the kind of ending we like to imagine for the sublime Holly Golightly.

There’s no doubt that the very nature of the movie business has caused many a celebrity to start treading the nicotine path. Smoking is as common in movies today as it was back in the 1950′s although overall smoking in the population at large has reduced. Could it be that a cigarette has become the film prop of choice for actors looking for an easy way to inhabit another skin?

For some celebrities – tired of the constant criticism and the ciggy shots splashed across the tabloids – a kind of smoking defiance has crept in. As Gwyneth Paltrow once said, “I smoke and I’m not going to stop!” Paltrow – famous for getting through a pack of Camel Lights a day in her teens and twenties – has only very recently quit smoking. Perhaps she started to wonder how her fine, fair skin and ethereal beauty would cope with the collagen depletion in her fourties and fifties.

Some celebrities keep going with the smoking habit whatever the consequences and even if it impacts on their relationships. It’s well known that smoking was a bone of contention between Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston during their marriage. Brad Pitt is on record as saying how much he hated his ex-wife’s chain smoking. His disapproval didn’t cut much ice with Jennifer though – as recent paparazzi photos show. You have to ask why one of the worlds most loved and naturally attractive women would do this to themselves?

Similarly, iconic top model Kate Moss is regularly photographed with her cigarette a lighter and a mobile phone as her only fashion accessory. As a supreme super model its probably not surprising that Moss still manages to appear effortlessly elegant and beautiful however she’s photographed – at least for now. She certainly shows no signs of wanting to quit smoking any time soon. Perhaps like so many in her world – she associates smoking with thinness. Or perhaps, for her, it’s the least troubling of her addictions.

When celebrities do chose to quit its fascinating that the reasons given are so often not about looks. Catherine Zeta-Jones for instance, quit smoking – so she said – because she didn’t want her children to start asking questions. Not as you might have thought – because beauty is her personal trademark and smoking would kick-start skin aging and undermine her potential to earn huge sums of money.

Whatever the reasons celebrities have for smoking or for deciding to quit – the truth about skin damage and smoking very rarely features as a major factor in the debate. Well – we think it should. So our advice to all you celebrity smokers out there – carry on smoking if you want but don’t expect your fickle public not to notice the effect on your looks. And when you hit a deluded middle age you may still be able to say, like Gloria Swanson in ‘Sunset Boulevard’: “I’m ready for my close-up now Mr de Mille” – but only if it’s filmed in heavy soft-focus, expertly back-lit and then extensively re-touched afterwards.

How to Quit Cigarettes Without Giving Up Smoking

Sounds incongruous, right? Well, having been a smoker for over 45 years, it’s true. I finally found a way to keep smoking without smoking tobacco cigarettes. I finally managed to quit cigarettes for good, six months cigarette free now but I did it still smoking water mist mixed with a little nicotine. Yep, after years of worrying about the damage I was doing to my health, I found a way to rid myself of my cigarette addiction. I quit cigarettes without giving up smoking! And I did it with electronic cigarettes and my own method.

After smoking since I was only 14, I ultimately realized that my lungs must be in fairly bad shape and seriously started thinking about my cigarette habit. I was a very hardened smoker, missed cigarette smoking terribly the times I did manage to quit and always went back to smoking. I genuinely started to believe that I’d just have to accept the fact that I’d never be able to quit…….that I didn’t have the strength or willpower that other friends who’d quit had. That made me feel very badly about myself. I just might have to accept the fact that I simply couldn’t quit. Given that grim possibility, I knew that I could at least cut down on my cigarette smoking if not quit altogether.

I finally decided to start paying myself for the cigarettes I didn’t buy. Instead of counting the number of cigarettes I smoked everyday, I started counting all the cigarettes I didn’t smoke! This was the first breakthrough I had about my habit. At $6-7 a pack, my money was adding up quickly. I started thinking about what I’d buy myself with it all. Using this method, I immediately cut my smoking in half and continued doing that for about six months, always excited about the little “stash” of cash I’d hidden from not buying cigarettes. And excited about the numbers of cigarettes I hadn’t smoked.

At the same time, I really started to think about why I was different from friends of mine that had quit. What was different about me? Why wouldn’t I just let smoking go? My mother once commented to me that I made cigarettes too important and she was right. But why?

I also finally realized that for me personally, after 45 years of hand to mouth cigarette smoking, I was more addicted to the habit than I was to the nicotine. Big insight.

Armed with this new knowledge, I started trying every fake cigarette I could find, most of which didn’t work for me until I discovered electronic cigarettes. These imports from China arrived a few years ago and I bought two different types. Both emitted a water and nicotine vapor when I took a drag although they worked sporadically which was very, very frustrating. I’d managed to give up tobacco cigarettes but had relied on the electronic ones to get me thru tough relapses. It didn’t work mainly because I’d go all day without a smoke, look forward to the electronic cigarette and then have it fail on me time and time again.

I started smoking cigarettes again but still maintained the system of paying myself for the paks I didn’t buy. So while I still hadn’t successfully quit smoking tobacco cigarettes, I had to give myself some kudos for at least managing to cut my smoking in half and keeping it there.

This just wasn’t good enough though. I really was worried about my health and truly didn’t want to be addicted to cigarettes anymore. So I kept looking for a permanent solution. That’s when I discovered an electronic cigarette, made in the US, that actually simulated the smoking experience, was reliable and finally helped me give up smoking for good.

Haven’t you smoked enough cigarettes already? Don’t let smoking steal years of your life. I am a strong supporter of electronic cigarettes because I believe that they’re one of the easiest ways to quit smoking without suffering the withdrawal symptoms.

Smokeless Cigarettes Vs Tobacco, Where’s the Savings?

March 5, 2010
By

Tobacco cigarette prices are on the rise and many feel the crunch of this recession, it’s no wonder so many smokers are turning to smokeless cigarettes. A cost-effective option for many reasons and even though many opponents are trying to discredit its effectiveness, we will look at some facts and let you the smoker form your own opinion and decide on what is cheaper. It’s seems obvious that these electronic cigarettes are a much safer and healthier solution but it may premature to make it official.

Before we start, let’s look into some of the information and rumors. There are a number of spurious claims boasted by industry insiders about the unknowns, but experts who are not clamming to the big daddy cigarette industry agree that the risk posed by small traces of chemicals in smokeless cigarette vapor is small, and is much likely less than that of consuming many FDA approved products. Even with the same products containing the exact chemicals the FDA will make it painful for the smokeless cigarette industry to gain credit without first paying its dues.

Ok so let’s take a look to see if this is really an economical choice, we think the proof is there, but smokeless cigarettes are also crafty in the technology presented. Nicotine patches and gums (also more expensive than smokeless cigarettes) are considered nicotine delivery devices but in ways that don’t recreate the same habitual act associated with smoking. People who buy these aids sometimes miss the routines of smoking more than the nicotine. Smokeless cigarettes, which visually resemble a standard cigarette, deliver nicotine through a vapor which is inhaled much like smoke but without many of the drawbacks or the negative effects or smell of standard cigarettes. Additionally, the smokeless electronic cigarette has the hand to mouth effect that smokes are so used to in their habits. This leads to our conclusion that smokeless cigarettes can be an economical choice as well as a mentally sound and socially approved choice.

But the money saved with smokeless cigarettes can be considerable so let’s take a look at some of the cost details. As of August 2009 the average price of a pack of cigarettes was $7.82 up from $2.92 just ten years ago. The average smoker smokes by low estimates smokes 15 cigarettes per day which amounts to $2138.90 per year. Wow, big tobacco is BIG…On average a smokeless cigarette filter is equivalent to 10 cigarettes so that would be 1.5 filters per day on average at a price of $1.59 per filter x 1.5 equals $2.38 which equals $870.00 per year. The doesn’t count in to effect that the average smokeless cigarette will last approximately six months so we will need to add another $59.00 x 2 for a total of $988.00. Now, this does not take into effect that the concept behind the smokeless cigarette is to lean off of smoking and vaporizing all together so there must be some kind of factor there but lets not dig that far just yet.

So there it is, we have given you some facts for you to use in making some sense out of the questions leading you to ponder if it is really right for you…As a fifteen year former smoker who has had great success with the smokeless cigarette and is off of tobacco cigarettes all together, I can say that it has been the right choice for me and the only options of the many I have attempted through the years. Give it a shot, if you are currently a tobacco smoker what is the worst that can happen by trying the smokeless cigarettes when you are removing tar, carcinogens, and hundreds of chemicals from your body?
