In this era of invention & innovation, our mental ability has almost overtaken all our physical aptitude. Being overweight & obesity would put you in risk in diseases like high blood pressures, breathing problem even certain types of cancer. Genetics also play a vital role in overweight & obesity. Genetically passed obesity is not your fault but controlling it is your major task. Being a strong food lover, I can never recommend you to give up on delicacies entirely but knowing what proportion to gobble down is also important. We have all heard about varied technology to reduce obesity but according to me the real go-getter is your determination & will power. Once you are head-on with your laziness & eating obsession the problem is half solved.
