Remember, this is a 90 day program and while many graduates look completely unrecognizable when compared with their “before” photos, it’s a gradual process. Don’t get bogged down or discouraged in the day to day stuff, and don’t be concerned if you don’t experience the week over week weight loss that you had hoped for. Results will come, just make sure that you’re following the program and doing what you need to do each and every day.

Remember, P90X is not some fad diet or “miracle pill”. It’s the real deal. Your goal is not only to lose weight and build a better body, it’s to do it the right way. Keep your eyes on the finish line and stay on the track.
