You could consider drinking a glass of warm milk before hitting the bed, and if there’s a severe problem with constipation you could mix 2 teaspoons of castor oil in the milk. Another remedy that might prove to be beneficial when you first wake up early in the day, would be to drink a liter of warm water and then take a long walk for an hour or so, if you have the time. Another drink remedy is a solution of warm water and lemon juice, or you can do one or two teaspoons of aloe vera gel on a daily basis.

This is a fruit that you’ll need to consume regularly for about two or three months. If you can’t have the raw fruit, you can always mix the fruit pulp with water and have a thick solution to drink on a daily basis. Pear fruit is considered another excellent and natural home remedy for constipation problems. You can have a pear with your breakfast or as a snack before your dinner. Pear fruit is terrific at clearing out the amount of fecal matter in the lower intestines. There are other important fruits that are extremely helpful with this problem: guava with the seeds, oranges, papaya, figs, and grapes. If you didn’t know, fresh spinach is the perfect vegetable for help with constipation, and it works even better when eaten raw.

If someone is having trouble with trouble with constipation continually, remember that one’s diet must contain foods on a regular basis that are easier to digest. Having a diet that contains a lot of vegetables, salads, and fresh fruit will work best. It’s also important to make sure you have an abundance of freshly prepared foods as well. In addition, do your best to eat only when you really feel hungry, and do your best to keep 3-4 hours between each meal during the day. Note that too much of food that’s spicy is not good for someone suffering from constipation. Vegetables that have a tendency to cause gas need to be avoided. Make sure you are drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water daily and on a regular basis, and it will be better if you’re able to eat and drink fresh fruit juices each day instead of canned ones. You will need to maintain a daily or weekly physical exercise program to not only get rid of constipation, but to keep it away. If one follows a healthy, fresh food diet, and uses the natural remedies for constipation, there should be no problem in no time at all.
